WE REQUIRE A RESPONSE VIA EMAIL OR TEXT TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT ON THE BOOKS. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR SPOT WILL BE HONORED WITHOUT A CONFIRMATION.

Please be sure to respond to the reminder email and/or text sent a day or two before your appointment. 

If you are receiving a color service and are making any major changes, please text photos to 904-513-0005 to ensure we have the correct amount of time reserved for you.

There is possible wiggle room in our schedule so if you do not see available spots online, please feel free to get in touch with us on our text line.
